Commissioners Brian Farrar and Richard Paul join LCMCD Board
Lee County Mosquito Control and Hyacinth Control Districts welcomed two new Commissioners elected to the Board. Brian F. Farrar was elected from Area 2 and Richard Paul was elected from Area 4. They participated in their first meeting as Commissioners at the November Board Meeting. Please meet the two newest Board members:
Brian F. Farrar
Commissioner Farrar is President of BCF Management Group, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in all facets of Land Asset Management. The firm is uniquely qualified to provide a variety of services related to acquisition, entitlements and the construction of residential and commercial projects throughout the Southeastern United States. The company works in the areas of pre-development management, including all federal, state or local permitting issues, development/construction management, and financial management for a project.
During his time with Dawson & Associates, Commissioner Farrar worked with water resource, natural resources management, and environmental permitting, providing advocacy in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, economic development, energy, defense, infrastructure, and government contracting.
Dawson & Associates works with numerous Federal, state, and local agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of the Interior, and the Office of Management and Budget.
